All the details you need related to consumption, bill, subscriptions and extra options are now in one mobile application.The My Orange app allows you to:• view the available benefits and options available in your account• manage your active services in your account• modify your subscription or options• find out the PUK code, activate services for your mobile voice SIM card (ex: roaming, international calls, voicemail)• view and pay your bill, plus your bill history• pay a friends bill• activate the electronic invoice• to confirm and postpone the payment of the invoice• top up an Orange PrePay number quickly and schedule automatic monthly top ups• check how many Thank You points you have accumulated and their value online• get in touch with us quicklyWhat you need to know:• to use the application you need an internet connection through the mobile network or Wi-Fi• the application does not provide information about Corporate subscriptions• you can allow the application to collect network data in order to improve the performance of the Orange network and to use your location to find the nearest Orange store.
